Role Overview
ZARO Coin and ZLAND are not meant to be hype vehicles. They're long-term infrastructure for access, loyalty, and participation across parks, retail, games and the wider community. As Head of Web3 & Token Ecosystems, you will own the product and ecosystem strategy for ZARO and ZLAND: where they plug in, how they create real-world value for users, and how they stay compliant and responsible. You'll work alongside legal, tech, gaming, retail, and parks to connect on-chain and off-chain experiences in a coherent way.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product role and positioning of ZARO and ZLAND within the broader ZaroVerse ecosystem.
- Design and oversee loyalty and utility programs that connect ZaroLand parks (perks, access layers, quests), ShopZaro (discounts, drops, loyalty tiers), games and interactive experiences (cosmetics, events, non-speculative rewards), and community access (gated groups, votes, special events).
- Work with technical teams on smart contract deployments and upgrades, security practices, audits, and incident playbooks, and bridges and integrations where necessary.
- Coordinate with exchanges, wallets, and infra partners on ecosystem matters and listings (together with legal/compliance).
- Ensure all token-related communication and experiences are clear, responsible, and aligned with legal guidance.
- Collaborate with Head of Data to track on-chain and off-chain engagement metrics and refine programs.
- Stay close to the community to understand how holders/users actually interact with the tokens and where friction or value lies.
- Build a small Web3 & Ecosystem team over time (PMs, integrations, community liaison).
What You'll Bring
- 5–10+ years in product, ecosystem, or growth roles, with meaningful web3 experience (L1/L2, DeFi, gaming, or consumer tokens).
- Solid understanding of smart contracts, security considerations, and multi-chain/bridge realities (you don't have to code, but you must be fluent in the space).
- Experience designing utility/loyalty or access programs that go beyond speculation.
- Comfort working alongside lawyers, regulators, and compliance teams.
- Strong communication skills – you can explain complex token mechanics in simple language.
