ZaroLand is Jordan's first eco-adventure and story-driven forest destination — a park built inside a protected woodland basin with one natural gateway in and out.
Instead of towering rides and endless queues, ZaroLand focuses on:

- Light adventure like ziplines, rope courses and night missions
- Nature hospitality – future treehouses, cabins and domes nestled in the trees

The story blueprint, characters, and AR trail content are developed in partnership with ZaroVerse Studios, so the park always feels connected to what people see on screen.

A New Kind of Park
ZaroLand is designed as the opposite of a typical concrete mega-park. The goal is to feel closer to a forest sanctuary than a shopping mall.
You still get thrills, laughs and those "wow" moments – but they come from gliding between trees, crossing rope bridges, finding hidden story markers and watching the forest glow at night, not from standing in line for hours.

ZaroLand is being built at the only natural entrance to a vast protected forest basin in the Balqa highlands, around 40–45 minutes from Amman.

ZaroLand is a long-term project with a 3-phase masterplan. Each phase adds new experiences while protecting the forest and keeping the park financially sustainable.
