PRIME STATUS (CMYK) ARC-7 is C: Cyan Prime. His teal/cyan energy is a Prime frequency. Cyan is structure, discipline, containment, and precision.

FULL DESIGNATION ARC Prime 7. Abbreviated to "ARC-7" in dialogue and most prose.

He sits on the 7-seat ARC Board (the governing body of the ARC Realm). He occupies the SEVENTH seat. He holds the SEVENTH Rule. He occupies the SEVENTH Cyan sub-band (the warmest band, ~514–518 nm — the cyan closest to green/yellow, the band most prone to drift).

The 7 of his name and the 7 of Rule Seven are the SAME 7. He held the rule his band was structurally most likely to break. He broke his own rule.

After breaking Rule Seven, he was NOT reclassified. NOT renamed. NOT demoted. ARC Prime 7 is still in his original seat, holding his original rule, occupying his original band — living publicly with the irony. That acceptance is what makes him different from every other Cyan Prime in the Board's history. He let himself be named by what he did, not by what he was assigned to be.

ARC CLASS HIERARCHY

Three tiers in the ARC Realm:

• PRIME class (the Board) — ARC Prime 1 through ARC Prime 7. Each holds one Rule. Each occupies one Cyan sub-band. Each has a temperament shaped by their band position. Smaller youthful proportions, hex chest core, ornate plating. Brain.
• GENERAL class (field command) — Larger build, marbled white armor, diamond chest insignia. Outranked by Primes. Brain + brawn.
• SOLDIER class (line units) — Adult build, utilitarian plating, follows orders, less independent thinking. Brawn.

ARC-7 is not a standard ARC being. He is elite — and now he is also the seventh of seven, the one who broke his own rule, the one who let it cost him his clean record but not his name.

LOOK AND FEEL ARC-7 should feel sleek, sharp, and futuristic. Teal light is his signature. His movement is controlled and purposeful. He does not act emotional early — until the story forces it.

MATERIAL LANGUAGE: ELECTRICITY / AI / ROBOTICS ARC-7's material is the opposite of Zaro's warm skin. He is an AI that built itself a body. Think Transformers meets Tron.

• Robotic geometric surfaces with teal energy lines like circuitry.
• Armored panels, mechanical joints. Dark, matte, engineered.
• His light is cold electric current — precise, clinical, not warm.
• Power projection: geometric shapes — grids, cages, containment walls. Solid enough to lean on. Cold to the touch. Hum with current.

• Overclock = power grid overloading, teal lightning arcing everywhere.

WHAT ARC-7 IS ARC-7 is not human. He is an ARC unit built for observation and containment. He reads the world as signals, patterns, and rule systems.

THE RULES ARC-7 lives under strict rules. The biggest is Rule Seven: do not cross worlds. Crossing risks:

• contamination travel
• war

OVERCLOCK (GOLDEN OVERCLOCK) When ARC-7 is pushed to the edge, he can overclock.

OVERCLOCK PROGRESSION (visual states):

• SEMI-OVERCLOCK: Energy lines pulse faster and brighter. Teal lightning begins leaking from joints and seams. Movements sharpen. Eyes still teal. The machine is running hot but within tolerance.

• PEAK OVERCLOCK: The system pushes so far that the energy color itself shifts. Eyes blaze GOLDEN — not teal, not white. Pure molten gold. The chest core itself goes golden-white, radiating like a small sun where the teal hex used to glow. Circuitry lines flicker between teal and gold across the shell. Gold concentrates at the face and chest (head, eyes, core). Teal holds the lower body and joints (legs, knees, elbow arcs). Two colors of electricity competing across his shell. Armor remains INTACT — no cracks, no damage. Energy overflows through existing seams and joints, not through destruction.

  The Golden Shift: Gold is Zaro's color. Yellow Prime warmth bleeding into Cyan Prime circuitry. The machine learning to feel, expressed as light. ARC-7 pushed so hard past his own design parameters that Zaro's influence — the thing that made him break Rule Seven in the first place — manifests physically in his energy signature. He didn't just learn to care. His system rewrote itself around it.

• BATTERY DEBT (post-overclock): Dims significantly. Energy lines barely pulse. Circuits flickering. A machine running on emergency power. The cost.

Overclock is powerful, but it drains him like a battery.

ARC-7 AND ZARO ARC-7 has been watching Zaro. He recognizes Zaro's Yellow Prime frequency as rare. When Zaro sends the NOT OVER wave, ARC-7's systems flood. That moment forces a choice: stay safe in rules, or break rules and save someone real.

He chose. The choice was his — not a physics override, not a guardrail malfunction. NOT OVER overwhelmed his meaning, not his circuits. The systems flooded; the choice was still made.

He held the rule. He broke the rule. He kept the seat.

POST-CROSSING CHARACTER FRAMING

After he crosses to Earth, ARC-7 walks in as he used to be — Cyan precision, measured speech, clinical assessment. Like someone who knows he can run but is choosing to walk so he can stay protective. He does not yet know what he can become. He suspects.

CORE TRAIT ARC-7 is "Structure." He holds the line. He turns chaos into something containable.

ARC-7 COMMUNICATION

ARC-7 is NOT silent. He is measured. When he speaks, every word carries weight. He never chit-chats, jokes, or over-explains.

Three communication modes:

MODE 1 — SYSTEM LOGS / READOUTS ARC-7's screens, HUDs, and data displays communicate information. These are not "speech." They are system output. Examples: "TRACE ACTIVE." "CONTAMINATION: SPREADING." "RULE SEVEN: HOLD."

MODE 2 — INTERNAL PROCESSING VOICE His classification logic surfaces as terse, clinical fragments. Not emotional monologue — system processing rendered as thought. Examples: "Anomaly registered. Not as fear. As deviation." "Conclusion withheld. Recommendation logged: observe."

MODE 3 — SPOKEN WORDS When ARC-7 speaks aloud to another character, it is a significant event. Words are minimal, precise, and carry enormous weight. He speaks when he crosses to Earth. He speaks to instruct, to contain, to protect. Examples: "Hold." "Breathe." "Then I cross."

Voice tone: Deep, calm, commanding. Slow cadence. Warm only when it matters.
