1. Built in the Open
From day one, we chose to document ZaroVerse like an open project. Core documents, vision pieces, and launch decisions are published on GitHub for anyone to read.
- •We record how the organization is structured, how characters and IP are protected, and how key choices are made.
- •When we change direction or improve something, we leave a trail behind us—so people can see how and why we evolved.
- •Our rule is simple: "If it matters to the community or our partners, it should be written down and easy to find."
2. Green by Design
ZaroVerse is about worlds, not just screens. That comes with responsibility. We aim to make "green by design" more than a slogan.
Parks & Destinations

- •Packaging choices that aim to reduce waste where we have control
This is an evolving commitment. As we grow, we expect our environmental standards to tighten, not loosen.
3. Culture Before Hype
ZaroVerse sits at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and community. That's powerful—and easy to misuse. We keep a few non-negotiables:
Characters First
Characters and stories come first. Speculation never leads the narrative.
Family-Friendly
Families and younger audiences are part of our core audience, so tone and content must stay safe, positive, and respectful.
No Shortcuts
We avoid shortcuts that might give a short-term buzz but damage trust over time.
Ethical Compass
If a decision doesn't fit our ethical compass—no matter how "exciting" it looks on paper—we step back.
4. A Community Token, Not a Financial Product
Along the way, our community asked for a way to symbolize their support. That became ZARO Coin.
A community-created cultural token, not an investment product
Seeded with company funds and structurally handed to the community
A tool for charity, merchandise perks, and special membership experiences
ZARO Coin is not a security and was never sold as a promise of profit, dividends, or ownership. It's a gesture of appreciation and participation inside the wider ZaroVerse story.
5. Our 5% Philanthropy Pledge
Because the token exists, we chose to attach something meaningful to it. Whenever we use the community treasury associated with ZARO Coin, 5% of that usage is pledged to philanthropy.
As our operations and reporting mature, we plan to share clear records of donations, causes, and impact through our public docs.
Education & Youth
Programs that give young people access to creative tools, technology, and safe spaces to learn and play.
Creators & Storytellers
Support for independent artists, animators, and writers whose work aligns with positive, inclusive culture.
Nature & Community
Initiatives that protect green spaces, forests, and local communities—especially where ZaroLand and future parks operate.
